W.J. Lee rode Just Another Eagle (reserve) trained by Patrick J.Flynn (Race 6).
J.A. Powell rode Kilgharrahs Love (reserve) trained by Thomas Cleary (Race 3).

R. Whearty, rider of Anaverna, trained by M.M. Rice, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped slowly from the stalls and never travelled.
K.G. Kennedy, rider of Churchfield Lady (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

169C Mongey Communications H'capThe Raceday Stewards granted a request from S.M.Duffy, trainer of Talking Tough, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official as per the provisions of Rule 90(i).
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Folk Warrior, trained by J.A. Nash, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered in the straight.
Sadhbh Tormey, rider of Maker's Mark, trained by T.G.McCourt, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was very green up the straight.
N.M. Crosse, rider of Thistle Cross, trained by M.M. Rice, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly in the straight.
J.A. Powell, rider of Kilgharrahs Love, trained by Thomas Cleary, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly in the straight.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Folk Warrior, ridden by D.P. McDonogh and Maker's Mark, ridden by Sadhbh Tormey where it appeared Maker's Mark crossed Folk Warrior. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D.P. McDonogh stated that he gave a shout when he felt pressure from the right and had to take a check. Sadhbh Tormey stated that her mount was very green, was leaning left and she acknowledged that she could have gathered up her reigns to help her to straighten her mount. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted other than to remind Sadhbh Tormey to be seen to make a greater effort to keep her mount straight.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Slaney Swagger, trained by Aidan Melia, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be coughing post race. Samples were taken for further analysis.
169D BOYLE Sports Ir. EBF Ulster Oaks (F) HcpThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Fiver Friday, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have been struck into behind.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Chablis Rock, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
S.T. McCullagh, rider of Thrifty Of Digby, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost it's action and pulled up.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Thrifty Of Digby, trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Thrifty Of Digby, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her charge scoped badly post race.
169E BOYLE Sports Ulster DerbyD.P. McDonogh, rider of Huff'n'puff (GB), trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered near the line.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Bay Of Stars (GB), trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran too free.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident close to the line involving Huff'n'puff (GB), ridden by D.P. McDonogh, Bay Of Stars (GB), ridden by C.D. Hayes and Pierre Grosse (GB), ridden by K.G. Kennedy where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D.P. McDonogh stated that he received a bump from his inside close to the line. C.D. Hayes stated that he received pressure from the inside but that it was so close to the line that it made no difference to his finishing position. K.G. Kennedy stated that his mount switched leads and went off his line which he immediately attempted to correct. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
